The timings of the treatments are approximate and will normally include consultation time. Please bring along your favourite music if you would find this more relaxing.
All the treatments available are “holistic”, that is they treat the whole person. They encourage the body to heal itself, function better and enhance wellbeing. Regular treatment can positively affect your health and increase your ability to enjoy life to the full. A consultation will initially take place. During your treatment you can choose to have relaxing music played, you can talk, remain silent or sleep. When your treatment has finished you will be given after-care advice.

Full Body Detox/Lymphatic Drainage Massage - Specialised light pressure massage used to stimulate the flow of lymph in the body. Assists in boosting the immune system and removing toxins from the body. Can be used to help reduce swelling and inflammation. Essential oils with detoxifying properties are used to further the effects of the treatment . £40
Detoxifying Body Treatment - A full body treatment beginning with a cleanse, body exfoliant, & a detox seaweed mask. This leaves the skin toned and tightened. £30
Aqua Detox Foot Spa - Helps to remove toxins and restores natural healing powers in the body. Detoxing can improve weight loss, body balance, headaches, general energy levels, menstrual pain and many other areas. The treatment will be followed by a lower leg and foot massage using energising or relaxing oils. £30
Complete Detox treatment - Manual lymphatic drainage massage followed by a detoxifying body treatment and a Platinum foot spa. £60
Reflexology - A technique of stimulating reflex points on the feet or hands by applying pressure. This can detect any deposits & imbalances.
